1. What this site is

   agesofconflict.org is a guide site about Ages of Conflict: World War Simulator, a game developed by JoySpark Games. The site offers an embed of the free browser demo and written player guides. It does not sell the game, take payments, run game accounts or provide developer support. The About page explains the site's purpose, and the Disclaimer covers the game embed, the guides and warranty.

2. The game belongs to its developer

   The game, its name, artwork and other game assets belong to their respective rights holders. The browser demo on this site is not hosted here: it loads from itch.io inside a frame, and its availability, version and features are controlled by that provider and the developer. If the demo changes or disappears, this site cannot restore it. Anything you do inside the frame is also subject to itch.io's own terms and privacy policy.

3. Guides and accuracy

   The guides, update summaries and comparisons are written for information only. Game versions, prices, store listings and features change, so any page may be out of date. Where a guide shows a "last verified" date, that is the day its facts were checked, not a promise that they still hold. Check the official stores and the developer's pages before you buy or rely on a detail. We try to correct mistakes when we learn of them, but we make no promise that any page is complete, current or error-free, and you use the information at your own risk. Guides describe the game; they are not advice about buying decisions, devices or networks.

4. Acceptable use

   Please use the site in good faith. Do not:

   • try to damage, overload or disrupt the site, or probe it for weaknesses;
   • copy the site's text or images in bulk, or republish them as your own;
   • use the site to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights;
   • use the embedded demo or our troubleshooting tips to get around restrictions set by a school, employer or network administrator.

   The site has no accounts, comments or upload forms, so there is no user-submitted content to moderate.

5. Links and embeds from other services

   We link to services we do not run, including Steam, itch.io, Google Play, the App Store, Discord and Reddit. We do not control those services, their content or their policies, and a link is not a recommendation. The embedded demo is a third-party embed. Their terms apply when you use them.

6. Advertising and cookies

   The site may show advertising, including through Google AdSense, and uses analytics. These services can set cookies or similar identifiers. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their advertising consent through Google's own consent message. What is collected, who receives it and what choices you have are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not control which ads an ad provider chooses to show.

7. Trademarks, copyright and takedown requests

   Names and logos that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the game and its developer.

   Takedown and removal requests: if you own something that appears here and want it corrected, credited or removed, or you think a page is inaccurate or infringing, email support@agesofconflict.org. Please include:

   • the address of the page and a description of the material;
   • what you would like us to do (correct, credit or remove);
   • how you are connected to the material, for example as its owner or someone acting for the owner;
   • an email address where we can reply.

   We will review each request and reply by email. Material may be taken down while a request is being looked at.

8. No warranty, and our responsibility

   The site and its guides are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will always be online, error-free or free of problems caused by third-party services such as the embedded demo. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of third-party sites, downloads or stores that we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

   We may update these terms, for example when the site adds features or changes how it runs ads. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
